Refunds: If you cancel your booking less than four weeks before the date of your ceremony, full payment is required. A refund, less any incurred costs, will only be given if the booking is cancelled by or at the discretion of From this Moment On (where there are out of the ordinary circumstances)
Bookings are confirmed when a payment has been cleared. Payment can be made via Direct Deposit, or PayPal or other prior agreement. Payment Details will be supplied when you book. If you cancel your confirmed booking you will unfortunately forfiet your deposit.
Travel: For Ceremonies over 60 kilometres return, (unless a flat rate has been agreed) extra fees may be charged. For travel where overnight accommodation is required extra costs will be incurred. This to be agreed before the Ceremony date. Travel Interstate - The costs for travel, accommodation and airfares will be charged as extras, as is appropriate. These costs to be agreed before the Ceremony date.
Late Arrivals: Ceremonies, which are 30 minutes after the nominated start time, are deemed to be late. This can impact on other engagements that are booked and can also cause stress for family members or friends attending the ceremony. If this happens, than From This Moment On, reserves the right to charge a late fee of $60 per half hour.
Extreme Conditions: Where the weather conditions affect the ceremony, please consider your bridal party and guests and celebrant. If the ceremony environment becomes uncomfortable (Temperatures above 32d) FTMO reserves the right to not continue the ceremony until the weather conditions are favourable.
Rehearsals: A rehearsal is at your request and not part of standard services, due to travel and time, a fee may be charged.
Alcohol & Drugs: If either party arrives and are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Under the Marriage Act, if a person is incapable of understanding the nature and effect of the ceremony, they are considered not able to give "Real Consent”. In this instance, it is at my discretion whether the ceremony is to proceed. For all other (non Marriage) Ceremonies I also reserve the right to proceed or not with a ceremony.
Photographs: From time to time for marketing purposes, FTMO may like to use images from your ceremony. By providing celebrant services to you, it is agreed that you give permission to access and use such photographs from your photographer of the day and/or your facebook page.
Important Information: Should circumstances happen where I cannot perform your Ceremony due to sickness, accident or emergency I will endeavour to find a replacement Celebrant, so your Ceremony can go ahead as planned. Not all Celebrants charge the same Fee’s and their price could be different to our fees. From This Moment On reserves the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
